+I have made some some strict rules around my collection.
+  - The cards must somehow represent the country, in any manner. It could be from imagery from that country, or a simple "Made in _______" on the deck.
+  - I, or a person I know, must purchase the deck in it's country of origin.
+  - The deck cannot be bought online.
+  - The deck must be of the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_52-card_deck|standard 52-card deck]], meaning it has four suits (Spades, Diamonds, Clubs, and Hearts), running from the Ace to the King
